7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a clear statement to the Seller, for example, by email.
3. The Customer must return the product within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal statement.
4. The Seller will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
5. The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.

1. The Seller is liable to Consumers for conformity of the product with the contract in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.

3. A complaint should include: the Customer’s name, description of the issue, date of purchase, and the Customer’s request.
4. The Seller reviews complaints within 14 days.
5. If the product is covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee, the terms of the guarantee are specified in the guarantee document.
