That is why the Zoga Golf team was created from a deep passion for golf and the desire to help golfers prevent injuries. Our goal is to make golf not only a sport for each of us, but above all a healthy form of activity.
### Zoga Movement Method
At the heart of our philosophy is the Zoga Movement Method, a movement concept for anyone who wants to achieve freedom and awareness of movement and posture in 4D. It tests all possible relationships of the body to gravity and creates many global and local movement vectors available in the body. Our method focuses on improving mobility, strength and balance, which is extremely important for golfers. With Zoga Movement, golfers can not only increase their performance on the golf course, but also significantly reduce the risk of injury.
Zoga Movement teaches you how to use your body consciously, strengthening it and preparing it for the challenges of playing golf. Participants in our classes learn breathing techniques that help with concentration and relaxation, which translates into better results on the golf course. Additionally, the Zoga Movement Method focuses on the individual needs of each golfer, which makes the program tailored to the level of advancement and goals of the participants.
### Our Experts
The Zoga Golf team is a combination of passion for golf and experience in the field of health and fitness. On the one hand, we have Wojciech Cackowski - founder of ZOGI Movement and Dominika Piotrowska, a ZOGI physiotherapist. The vision of creating a space where golfers can develop their skills, not only in terms of playing technique, but also health care, is the foundation of our activity.
On the other hand, Michał Piskorz, who has the highest level of TPI (Titleist Performance Institute), and Jakub Piotrowski, a PGA Polska Professional trainer. Michał, thanks to his experience, is able to identify the individual needs of golfers and adapt training programs to their specifics. Together with Jakub, who knows the secrets of golf perfectly, they create a well-coordinated team that can convey their knowledge in an accessible and understandable way.
